What the licence includes

Nothing to add on later.

One licence covers the platform, the content and the people who keep it current. There is no per-student pricing, no tiering by year group and no separate charge for the dashboard.

Whole-school access for the year, from Year 7 to Year 11. Add classes as your class lists change.

Extra lessons as risks change

The core sequence is updated once a year. Scams that matter to teenagers become reviewed extra lessons during the year, at no extra cost, for you to assign if you want.

How the licence works

Twelve months. Your decision to continue.

  1. Day one
    Starts when you do
    The licence runs for twelve months from your start date, once the data processing agreement is signed and your class lists are in.
  2. Before month 12
    Does not auto-renew
    We contact you before the year ends. Continuing is a decision you make, not a charge that happens to you.
  3. End of month 12
    If you don’t renew
    Access ends at the end of the licence, and all student data is deleted within 30 days, sooner on request, as set out in the privacy policy.

How much does Cloak for Schools cost?
£699 + VAT per school, per year, covering every student, every class, the teacher dashboard and the lesson plans. Trusts covering several schools get a single-fee quote. Talk to us to get started.
Is there per-student pricing or a cap on numbers?
No. The licence covers the whole school, and a school of 600 pays the same as a school of 1,600.
Does the licence auto-renew?
No. It runs for twelve months from your start date and stops unless you choose to continue. We contact you before the year ends, and continuing is your decision.
How does trust pricing work?
Trusts covering several schools are quoted a single fee, on one licence and one data processing agreement, rather than a subscription per school. Talk to us with the number of schools and we will come back with a quote for your trust.
Is there a free trial?
We don’t currently offer a free trial. You can try our free activities with a class to get a feel for our approach before subscribing. These are standalone tasters; they don’t include the platform’s lesson sequence or teacher dashboard.
What is not included?
Nothing you need to run it. The platform is browser-only, so there is no hardware, no on-site software and no integration project. Filtering and monitoring are not part of Cloak for Schools; those stay with your IT provider.
