Every lesson carries objectives, discussion prompts and teacher notes, and every one has passed the same five reviews. A tutor in any of your schools delivers the same lesson.

How it lands across a trust

  1. Sign one data processing agreement
    Covering every school in the trust, signed before any student data is shared. One review for your DPO, not one per school.
  2. Each school sends a class list
    Accounts are created per school from a simple MIS export. Nothing to install on any site, nothing for parents to set up.
  3. Each school assigns its first lesson
    Staff preview and assign in their own school’s dashboard. Trust admins watch rollout across the trust from theirs.
Just over half (52%) of 13-17s say they are confident in their ability to tell whether content they see online has been produced by AI or not. When tested in practice, however, a quarter (25%) were confident but were unable to correctly identify the AI-generated image shown to them. This points to a gap between children’s self-reported confidence and their ability to determine whether online content is genuine or not.

How does trust pricing work?
A single fee covers the trust’s schools on one annual agreement, rather than a per-school subscription for each. There is no per-student pricing and the licence does not auto-renew. Talk to us and we will come back with pricing for your trust.
Do schools see each other’s data?
No. Access is role-based. Teachers see their own classes, school leads and admins see their own school, and trust admins see an aggregate view across the trust’s schools. Access is set out in section 11 of the privacy policy.
Who is the data controller for a trust licence?
The trust or the school, as your data-protection arrangements set out. Solid Code Solutions Ltd is the data processor in either case, working only on documented instructions under a data processing agreement signed before any student data is processed.
What happens if we do not renew?
We contact you before the year ends, and continuing is your decision. If you choose not to renew, access ends at the end of the licence period and student data is deleted in line with the retention commitments in the privacy policy.
